Each year America World staff looks forward to our regional and national reunions in order to be able to meet
and personally interact with families. We would love for you to be able to join us this year in northern Virginia.
Here are some important facts that you need to know about America World's 2011 National Reunion:

We will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 30th and the day will officially conclude at 4:00 PM. Cost is per
person and includes a delicious BBQ meal (includes sides, drinks and dessert!), games, crafts, music, bounce
tents and plenty of time to spend with your friends, family and America World staff.

Families will be able to choose and reserve their own hotel accomodations. We have reduced rates available at

For families flying into the Washington D.C. area, the airports closest to Bull Run Regional Park are:
- Dulles (IAD) - approximately a 30 minute drive
- Regan National (DCA) - approximately a 1 hour drive
- Baltimore/Washington (BWI) - approximately 1 hour and 45 minute drive
Rental cars can range from $31/day for economy to $85/day for an SUV or $122/day for a minivan.
Photographs & Video
America World staff members will be taking pictures and video throughout the day for use on our website,
blog and potentially other materials. As always, America World's first priority is to protect the privacy and
confidentiality of our families. If you have any concerns or questions about this or would like for your
