America World offers international adoption programs in China, Ethiopia, Rwanda,
Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil and Honduras to assist you with the adoption of a girl
or boy. Families interested in adopting sibling groups or multiple unrelated children are encouraged
to consider Brazil, Ethiopia or China. We also help families with the adoption of older children and
children with special needs through our
Waiting Children programs.
