•• Cost estimate for first year of post-placement reports only. In addition to reports during first year, annual reports prepared by the adoptive family will need to be translated and submitted every year until the child turns 18.

with a service schedule and in respect to your region of residence. Review the
America World Social Services Fee Schedule document for a more specific breakdown.
•••••• There is an additional $670 Visa fee per each family adopting 2 or more unrelated children.
A Tax Credit is available to
most families.
Note: Fees may be subject to change without notice.
Note: A post-placement deposit of $1,000 is due upon dossier
submission and is refundable upon timely submission of post placement reports.
Note: Re-adoption is required to complete the citizenship of a child
adopted from Ethiopia. Costs for re-adoption vary from state to state. We
encourage families to plan on $300 - $1,500 for re-adoption expenses, dependant
upon their state of residence.
All costs are estimated for the placement of one child. Please contact our office for
estimates for multiple child placements.
