Processing Time
|
Application through arriving home with child is dependent upon child request, dossier building, etc. Approximate timeframe is 14 - 17 months.

|
3 months to 15 years are available, with some sibling groups available. Both healthy boys and girls are available.

Parents' Age
|
Applicants must be no older than 50 years old.

Marriage Status
|
Couples must be married for a minimum of five years.

Divorce
|
No divorce permitted.

Criminal History
|
Criminal records for minor incidents, which are at least 10 years old, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No multiple offenses.

Medical History
|
Medications and mental health diagnoses and treatment are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

|
Travel to Country
|
Both parents are encouraged to travel; at least one must travel. Travel includes one week in Rwanda and one week in Kenya, approximately 14 days.
