Application through arriving home with child is dependent upon child request, dossier building, etc. Approximate timeframe is 13 - 19 months.

3 months to 15 years are available, with some sibling groups available. Both healthy boys and girls are available.

Criminal records for minor incidents, which are at least 10 years old, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No multiple offenses.

Both parents are encouraged to travel; at least one must travel. Travel times can vary, with estimated times being 7 - 10 days.
