Enazshia Russell, BA

New Jersey & Pennsylvania Home Study Coordinator

Enazshia has been part of the America World team since 2018, helping families navigate adoption with compassion, knowledge, and care. She conducts home and post-adoption visits, prepares home study and post-adoption reports, and connects families with local resources, including medical specialists, therapists, and educational support services.

Enazshia earned her B.A. in Sociology from Temple University and brings professional experience in adoption, foster care, child protective services, behavioral health, and mental health. She considers it a blessing to get to know families pursuing domestic and international adoption, and her favorite part of her work is seeing adopted children together with their new families during post-adoption visits.

Outside of work, Enazshia enjoys trying local restaurants, attending concerts, relaxing at the spa, and traveling the world.
