Kellie Carlton

Director of Finance

Kellie Carlton serves as America World’s Director of Finance and lives in Indianola, Iowa, with her husband, Cory. Together, they have three children.

Kellie first connected with America World in 2021 when she took her first mission trip to Ethiopia, a life-changing experience that deepened her passion for orphan care and missions. Since then, she has returned to Ethiopia eight times, leading six of those trips.

In addition to her finance role, Kellie also co-leads America World’s missions department, helping to plan and guide teams as they serve around the world.

In her words, “God had a plan for me when He led me there. He has done and continues to do amazing work. I’m so blessed to be a part of it.”

Kellie officially joined the America World staff in July 2024 and transitioned to full-time in April 2025. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
