Director of Finance

Kellie Carlton serves as America World’s Director of Finance and Missions.

Kellie’s journey with America World began in 2021 when she participated in her first mission trip to Ethiopia. That experience impacted her life and ignited a passion for orphan care, missions, and serving vulnerable children. Since then, she has led mission teams and helped others experience the impact of serving overseas.

Kellie officially joined the America World staff in July 2024 and transitioned to a full-time role in April 2025. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
