Minnesota Director of Social Services
Megan is a social worker and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner with over a decade of experience spanning domestic, international, and foster care adoption. Her professional background also includes work in child protection, children’s mental health, and early childhood family education. While Megan has deeply enjoyed serving families across all of these capacities, her greatest joy is witnessing how God orchestrates each unique adoption story. Personally connected to the mission, she is an adoptee as well as an adoptive mother of two children adopted internationally (as well as a biological mother of three). Megan joined America World in 2019 and serves as the Director of Social Services for Minnesota.
