Julia Norris has held various roles with America World since her employment began in 1999, but currently serves as its Chief Operating Officer.

Julia has a B.A. in International Relations, a background in investigations, and has traveled to 28 countries. She enjoys sailing, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is a single mom with two children through adoption.
