In-Country India Program Director

Minal Dani is an essential team member of the India Program at America World Adoption. She has been dedicated to children in need of a family for more than 25 years.

Minal has a master’s in psychology and is a licensed social worker in the United States. She is well-equipped to provide her expertise & insights on Indian culture to AWAA’s staff and families.

As the In-country India Program Director for America World, Minal has developed positive relationships in both the United States and India. These relationships allow families to gain a deeper understanding of the needs of orphaned children and those in need of families.

America World values Minal for her tireless work and commitment to the India team and the vulnerable children in India. She has been an asset to the India program because of her passion and unending dedication to the children of India.
