Mindy Davis, B.S.W.
Assistant India Program Director
Mindy serves as the Assistant Director for the India Program. She primarily works with families in the India Program, supporting them day-to-day, assisting with paperwork, and guiding them through the adoption process step by step. She also assists with managing various aspects of the India Program, as needed. Mindy began working for America World in 2017 and has worked in the India Program since 2018. She received her Bachelor of Social Work from Ball State University, hoping to pursue a career in international adoption one day. As two of her sisters were adopted internationally from China, she holds a close, personal connection to this work and the families she serves. Originally from the Midwest, she is thankful to spend her free time with her husband and three children. She enjoys being in nature, sports, and travel.
Mindy states it is an absolute joy to serve on the America World team. She is grateful for the privilege to walk alongside families on their adoption journey. She has always felt international adoption was the area she was called to serve in, and she is thankful for the opportunity to do just that at America World. Over the years working in the India program, Mindy’s appreciation for the people and country of India has grown. India holds a special place in her heart, and she is grateful to continually be learning about the culture and country of India.
