Christian Graham, MSSW

Tennessee Director of Social Services

Christian Graham oversees social services for America World’s Tennessee office, supporting families throughout the home study and post-adoption process. In her role, she supervises home study caseworkers, reviews and approves home studies and post-adoption reports, ensures compliance with state and agency requirements, coordinates with placing agencies, and helps adoptive families navigate each step of their journey.

Christian holds a Master of Science in Social Work, with an educational background focused on child and family services. Her education and professional experience have provided her with a strong foundation for supporting children and families throughout the adoption process.

Christian has worked in the adoption field for eight years, with experience in both international and domestic adoption. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with children and families at many stages of the adoption journey. She is passionate about providing families with knowledgeable guidance and compassionate support as they prepare to welcome a child into their home.

Outside of work, Christian enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
